As a matter of clarification, I would like to inform you that I’ve been pursuing my professional passion operating continuously since 1992. At first, I have established a partnership called the “ANMA” Real Estate Agency and I had meetings with my first clients in my own flat - the first head office at ul. Leszetyckiego, then in another one at ul. M.Curie-Sklodowskiej, and finally my current office has been located at ul. Lipowa 10 for many years now. Since January 2016, I’ve been running my business under the name “Biuro Nieruchomości ANMA-Magdalena Staniszewska” (”ANMA” Real Estate Agency-Magdalena Staniszewska). Time has come full circle and as it was said by our Nobel Prize winner, Wisława Szymborska, “every beginning is only a continuation.” I’ve been developing the ANMA company’s brand for the last 25 years. My professional experience, commitment and knowledge of the real estate market guarantee the safety of your transactions. I have a professional license of real estate agent No. 815 issued by the President of Housing and Urban Development Office (Pol. UMiRM) and I’m also a licensed Real Estate Market Adviser (No. 79) entered into the register of PTEiDRN (General Society of Real Estate Experts and Consultants).
I combine my professional duties with active social work, I’m a founding member of the Regional Association of Realtors (Pol. Regionalne Stowarzyszenie Pośredników w Obrocie Nieruchomościami) serving several times as the Vice-President of the Management Board of RSPON (Regional Association of Realtors).
